Went to an event last night that featured a whole Bluefin Tuna being carved… unlimited Bluefin, unlimited sake – $125.
I have never eaten so much Tuna in my life. The chutoro with cheek fat melted on it was some of the best tuna I’ve ever had in my life.
My buddy did a weigh-in before and after and gained 4 lbs in 2 hours. I’m still full 24 hours later (literally have not had a need to eat today). I have a mild amount of regret for eating way too much but if I go again, I would probably repeat my “mistakes”.
