Foreigner that moved here 3 months ago and finally found an owner that is willing to rent to me. It’s 1K apartment, located 10 mins away from Osaki by walking distance. Monthly rent is JPY140,000. I can’t help but to feel I am overpaying for such a small apartment (25 sq metres). I would like to live in a tower mansion somewhere in Koto prefecture, so I am wondering if I should stat looking again
