Favorite coffee shops?

I’ll be visiting for about 10 days and would like to try any shops that stand out amongst the rest. Bonus if they roast their own beans and I can bring some home.

For reference of palate, I’m from the US and prefer espresso based drinks typically but, certainly open to a good slow bar as well.

General vibe of what I’m looking for would be fresh ground and more on the light roast side.
