Started working in a company
the conditions at my new workplace are never equal. while everyone else does light work, i do the jobs no one else wants to do.
when all my work is finished, they tell me to do the work that others should be doing
this is not fair at all.
the boss belittled my skills.
he said, "no, you're not good enough at what you're good at, so you shouldn't say you're good at it."
he didn't even give me a chance to shine.
he mimicked my way of speaking because my sentences weren't smooth.
