I was working for a company last September and October, and during that time, they refused to give me a contract to sign but took me as a shain with workers' insurance. Waited until mid-October and decided to quit working there because of the lack of transparency and the increased working hours; keep in mind, this was a blue-collar job. I got paid for September(pension, transportation, and health included), but they haven't paid me my last salary to this day. Keep telling me that they will contact me. I talked to the labor bureau, and their agent tried to contact them to take their side. They are not answering and ignoring the visits to their office; they just called me today, and nothing else can be done from their side. The next step would be suing them in small claims. The value should be less than 25万円, including transportation, pension, and health. How do I go about this process? I have never used the small claims court before. Is it worth that amount?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.
