Dual Pricing Experience

Hey, I had an experience and I thought I'd ask here about what to do.

I had a reservation for a regular, normal, not questionable massage (I know adding all the adjectives probably made it more suss, but I'm not kidding, it was completely normal, which is why I'm pissed off). I discussed with the CMT, confirmed the price, and the appointment was confirmed.

Two days before the appointment, I received a message from the business informing me that, despite being a resident and earning the same wage as everybody else, I had to pay TRIPLE price for the exact same service.

I've heard of this happening at host/hostess bars, and other nightlife establishments too. Being paywalled because your skin is white, brown, or red, means doing anything costs way too much, and on principal, why would anyone accept those conditions?

Is there anything I can do? I understand tourists paying higher prices. They don't live and work here, earn higher wages abroad, and destroy all the nice stuff, or at least, boost the prices so locals can't afford a simple bowl of udon anymore, but for working residents/permanent residents as well?

Has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do? I'm open for suggestions.

TL:DR I had a massage booked and confirmed, the business wanted me to pay triple because I'm not native Japanese.
