It looks very much like ai have a Meniscus tear . The doctor said straightaway that only surgery can fix it . I didn’t even get an MRI yet.. . Also he have me no tips on what to do on the meantime . I had to do my own research . SoI would really like to consult with another doctor and I was hoping someone here could recommend a good English speaking orthopedist in Tokyo . Even better if you also got treated for Meniscus tear . Thanks a lot !
