The opening of the show includes a backstage promo to set up Tomohiro Ishii and Orange Cassidy vs Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors. This will be Ishii’s first AEW match since late October.

Gabe and Clark come out together to Gabe’s music and tron, which has the Lion Mark on it. The section of their nameplate that usually lists factions/relevant stats/etc simply said “The Dogs.” Clark’s wearing the same thing as last week, Gabe is wearing trunks that just say his name and plain kneepads. He does the goofy crawl out onto the stage, and Schiavone pointedly says “there’s something wrong with Gabe.”

While in the TV commercial break Tony Schiavone said that Clark and Gabe are “part of AEW” and “great pickups for us.”

Decent match, Gabe and Clark again played heavy heel. Once again, Darby Allin shows up from the crowd and attacks Gabe, dragging him out and leaving Clark alone for another Conglomeration win.
