Hi everyone!
I changed jobs about 3 years ago, and when I did I notified immigration through the Immigration Services Agency Electronic Notification System Portal Site. I need to find out if, at that time, I also informed them that I quit my previous job, because I learned that that might be a separate procedure. If that's the case, I need to submit that missing information.
When you submit a request on the site, you get an email to confirm and a reference number, like this: 届出受付番号 : XXXXXXXXXXXX
It does not tell you what you submitted. If you log into the site, it also does not automatically list things you have done, which is…baffling. You have to search for it or enter two dates. No matter what I search, no information comes up. If i put in the date I submitted the request and the date the confirmation came, nothing. If I search only one of those dates, nothing. The design of this site is stunning in it's uselessness.
Does anyone know either A) When using it to register a new job, does it require the information of your previous job, to notify leaving? or B) How to get this fucking thing to show me what I did in the past?
Thank you so much!
