I have filled the form out online and scheduled the international EMS package pick up. But everything was in Japanese and Google translate can only do so much.
I received an email telling me I need to go to a post office and show them the email to receive an invoice? Is this necessary? Will the person sent to collect the parcel be able to print out the invoice/label and can I pay by card when they come to pick up?
