Where to buy those Sealing Wax Stamps at a brick-and-mortar?

It's the thing where you can put wax on an envelope to close it at the opening tip and then stamp it and the wax dries and it seals the envelope.

Of course on Amazon I could get it, but I like to support brick-and-mortar and find the online ones are sometimes cheap.

Is there a place to find these for sale somewhere in Japan/Kansai?
