Going to Japan for 10 days next week, in time for the Sakura season. We have booked accommodations in Tokyo and Kyoto. The itinerary is planned with a couple of unplanned days. Planned a trip to Mt Fuji and Nara and bought rail tickets between Tokyo and Kyoto.
We have filled out the online customs form through Japan Web. Plan to get some yen once we reach Tokyo.
Just wondering if we are missing something? Is esim or portable wifi necessary in Japan? Should we carry some yen or get them there from seven eleven? Is travel insurance required? Is there something we are missing?
