I would add one more night in Kanazawa from Tokyo.
Why just one night in Kanazawa?
Between Kyoto and Osaka, we did a half day at Nara and it was just fine. Then had dinner at Osaka.
Damn that’s nice. Almost like mine but way better.

Add one night in Kanazawa, so you’ll have time for a day trip and explore the city the other day
Osaka was my favourite. I’d add another night there from somewhere else.
