I just moved to Japan and don't know how it works, I asked my moving company to call the gas and electricity for me since my Japanese is not the best. And when i entered my house, I had electricity and water and i tried turning my stove on just to check and there was fire, so I thought it was fine. But when i tried to use the stove the fire worked for like 5 second then it just stopped, I could smell the gas but no fire. Also, I don't have a hot water, I tried the thing that heats the water, it was on for like 5 hours but still no hot water. I tried calling the gas company but they kept giving me different numbers, like in the company but changing the windows, I called like 5,6 numbers and they still gave me different number, so i just gave up for the day and decided to call another day since i had other things to do. And today i tried calling again but it said because they are so busy they can't receive a call right now and said they would give me a call back but they didn't, I really don't know what to do, if there any way i turn it on myself?
