Sorry if this is a basic question, but I want to be 100% sure. I previously had an issue with my continuous work experience (employment) because I left a job on a Wednesday and didn't start the next one until the following Monday.
I have finally reached the required points for my PR application again and was planning to apply soon, but I’ve just accepted a new job offer. If I quit my current role on a Friday and start the new one the following Monday, will that 2-day weekend "gap" affect my continuity or PR points?
I know a lawyer is the safest bet, but I was hoping to hear from anyone who has gone through this process before.
