English/Non-Japanese Speaking Psychiatrist Recommendations in Tokyo/Kanagawa?

Hello! I work with daily life support for immigrants in my office and recently I've been getting more and more requests from the people in my care for mental health clinics. The people in my care speak portuguese and/or english so I'd love to know if any of you have clinics or professionals you'd recommend. Most of them have already been to psychiatrists in their home countries, but here it's necessary to go through a japanese doctor to get the medication they need.

I used to have this contact with a clinic in Meguro for a portuguese-speaking doctor, but honestly it was very expensive and the service wasn't good, but it was the only one recommendation we had and last year they shut down.

I'm scared of just researching some random place online and recommending to them not knowing how humane the service is, so if you know any places around Tokyo or Kanagawa I'd love to hear!
