Strugglinf with taxes in Japan

I'm trying to understand how freelancers in Japan deal with taxes.

From what I learned so far:

– Blue Return seems complicated

– e-Tax is mostly in Japanese

– many people end up hiring tax accountants

But that can cost ¥80,000–¥200,000 per year.

For people here doing freelance or remote work:

How are you currently handling taxes?

• Doing it yourself?

• Using freee / Money Forward?

• Hiring a tax accountant?

Curious what the typical setup is.

Also: If there was a simple English tool that guided you through the entire process

(Blue Return, expenses, tax calculation) would you use something like that?
