Was wearing a Kimono worth it?

I see lots of advice saying it’s completely ok to wear a kimono, but was it worth it to y’all?

I’m not someone who loves being in photos, so the only place I was considering it was possibly when doing a tea ceremony.

I’m worried it’ll feel superfluous and awkward. I dont want what I’m wearing distract me from the experience. However I also don’t want to mess up the vibes that go with a tea ceremony either.

I believe y’all if you say do whatever you want, but I’m hoping to get advice helping me decide what I want. Thanks.

So how did y’all feel wearing a kimono or doing a tea ceremony in casual clothes?

I am going to skip it, but will definitely wear something that fits the vibe!
