I'd love to know where and what brand of high quality wasabi powder to buy in Japan. I'll be in Tokyo and Osaka. I know the popular S&B brand but curious if there are any other more 'local' brands that would be better in quality.
Also open to other recommendations for other consumables such as Yuzu kosho, high quality bonito flakes etc.
