I’m a 22F student who was supposed to start language school in Japan this April. Going to Japan has always been a lifetime dream of mine and I’ve worked for many years studying Japanese to make it happen.
However, the situation in the Middle East recently escalated and it has been affecting many things here, including airports, flights, and DHL shipments. Because of this, my Certificate of Eligibility (COE) hasn’t been shipped yet.
I already paid about half of my school fees, but I haven’t heard back from the school recently and they haven’t responded to my follow-up messages either. I know the school is legitimate, but the silence is making me really anxious.
Has anyone else experienced delays like this before? Especially with COE shipping or communication from language schools?
I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences. I’m feeling pretty worried right now since studying in Japan has been my dream for a long time.
