I seen a post from 5 years ago talking about MTG in japan and i am stuck between 2 choices. either go the route of pokemon which i was able to meet someone from reddit a couple of times a year ago but that is about it from experience, or try out MTG which i know does not have a huge player-base in japan (from what i see). where can i go to play friendly pokemon or MTG matches? i do have an account on that website that shows tournaments but i would like to learn the game(s) again before i jump into that and fall on my face, especially since my deck from last year is null being that all the items were "G" and thats not in rotation right now. as for MTG i have never played it before but i do like the cards (i have a spiderman and ezio card) so what seems like the best route i can go do you think
