I’m a 5’9 135lb woman who wears a US size 6. Will it be difficult for me to shop in standard Japanese clothing stores?

I know 5’9 isn’t crazy tall, but it’s taller than the average height of both men and women in Japan.

I’m interested in buying some jeans (US size 28) at the Levi store in Kyoto and maybe some shoes (US size 7) when I’m in Tokyo, but otherwise I have no specific items in mind. We plan to spend a whole day in Tokyo just shopping.

Will I be be able to buy clothing in my size in Japan? Or will I need to visit stores intended for taller people?
