Shinkansen Booking Query

I booked a Shinkansen journey using the Smart EX website. The booking went through, I received an email confirmation, I have printed the QR codes (inc seat numbers) and the charge appeared on my credit card. But now a few days later the credit card charge has dissapeared. The Smart EX swebsite still shows the tickest, and there is no mention of it being cancelled/refunded nor have I received and comms. How do I know my tickets are still active?
