I recently bought a dress on mercari.jp that ended up never being shipped by seller so I cancelled it with mercari directly after the 7 day period had passed and no contact from the seller. Normally when I get a refund on mercari it comes in through my bank/card pretty much immediately, however, this hasn't been the case. It's been nearly two days and I have yet to see a refund.
I am not sure if sometimes the refunding process may take longer, but the item was never shipped, so I don't see why I wouldn't get a refund back. The dress was pretty expensive which is why I am so worried about the possibility of not getting it back at all. Does anyone have any experience with how long refunding can take on mercari? Should I contact support or wait a few days before I do so?
