Ever since moving to Japan I have been suffering with extremely dry skin (and scalp), eczema or dermatitis, and recently with being COVERED in bites which is causing me to scratch until I'm bleeding. Suspecting bed bugs (although I haven't actually seen any) or dust mites. Unfortunately I'm a chronic skin picker, so the problem is just getting worse and worse. Can anyone recommend otc medications or creams that would work to help alleviate any or all of these things? The constant itching is driving me crazy. I don't really want to go through the hassle of seeing a dermatologist as I don't speak Japanese and my anxiety will just not allow it anyway. Thanks.
