Can I still back out after signing the employment contract for new job offer?

I think i am happy in my current work. Not too much pressure and earning ok.

But i signed a new job offer last week and expected to start late May.

I haven't given my resignation in my current job. Can I still back out from the new offer? What are the possible consequences? They are big corporations btw. Am I gonna be blacklisted?
