My final 3 days are in Osaka. Should I just stay around the city and eat loads?

I head to Osaka tomorrow from Okayama. Its been a 3 week trip and ive been pretty busy. Should I do a trip to Nara? Or should I just maximize my time in Osaka and indulge in all the delicious and cheap food before heading back to the West?
