I did a lot of investigating but I cannot realistically hold a phone conversation so this limits me a lot. Therefore, I would like to ask for your help.
I set up all my contract to be pay via paperslip since I did not have a bank account yet. My leftover questions are:
– Electricity, I figured that Tepco bills are paid either through the SMS inconvenient new process so if that is correct then I am good?!
– Gaz, I got the paperslip to register my account with my contract number and phone number but my bill is still a 0 yen despite being 6 weeks in. I feel it is going to come and bite me in the back at some point 😅… did I miss something?
– Water, I did not get any paperslip to register online or else, but people seem to say that I just need to wait for the paperslip… However, considering that Tepco is doing that SMS long process, my question is does Tokyo water still send paperslips?
