The only information on this I've been able to find on google is 14 years out of date, so I thought I'd ask here: is bicycling allowed within Yoyogi Park? I'm assuming no for the general areas, but I do know they have the cycling course pedalico. Has anyone tried it? Are you allowed to bring your own bike, or do you have to rent one of their bikes?
I enjoy riding around to parks, especially during sakura season, and Yoyogi's always been one of my favorite spots to hit, but I've never biked there (only walked), and I don't go often enough to remember ever seeing anyone biking there.
Being such a big park and in such a touristy hotspot, I likely wouldn't want to bike within the general park bounds even if I could, but I'm interested in the rules if anyone has biked there before.
