Should use or not use multipurpose toilets (tamokuteki toire)

I faced this issue at least 2 times.

While waiting in a long long queue on station toilet I am at the front and
someone finished using multipurpose toilets (tamokuteki toire),
And multipurpose toilet is empty now .

So in this case considering long queue should i go in the emultipurpose toilet or wait for the other general toilet to be freed up.
