I think I was told something like "a document to renew your driving license will arrive 6 months prior to the expiration date and you cannot renew until then"
But this was 3 years ago so my memory and Japanese might not been correct
My license expires this September, am I supposed to receive this "invitation" next month ?
Also for people who are already experienced, how is it done? Do I have to take written test or smth?
