Where to buy a IC card near Dontombori?

Hi everyone,

First trip to Japan in the next weeks!

I’ll be staying at the Dotonbori Hotel during my trip to Japan. I’ll have a private transfer to the hotel, so I won’t pass through any major stations beforehand.

Does anyone know where I can buy an IC card (like ICOCA) near Dotonbori? Exact directions would be really helpful if possible.

Also, before arriving in Osaka, I’ll have about 1 hour free at Terminal 2 near the ANA domestic check-in area. I’m a bit worried that won’t be enough time to get one card there, are there any convenient places nearby in terminal 2 to buy an IC card?
