Let’s begin by cutting the ehhh… largest party in the HoR, and not touch the small parties…
Diverting away from tokyo is a good idea. Osaka is also already an established business hub so a no brainer. But it would be better to invest in rural towns that has turned to ghost towns by turning them into agricultural towns. That would help japan a lot instead of relying on small, inefficient family farmers.
