I lost my wallet late last night outside a 7/11 near Makishi. I immediately filed a police report. The 7/11 has not found anything.
My wallet contained all my money, foreign ID, and all my bank cards. I have a hostel paid for so I have a roof over my head for the next week, but I have no money. I have only 1000$ yen that a stranger on the street handed me last night when he saw me sobbing. I want to wait and trust someone might turn it in… I have no way to reissue my Canadian bank cards to myself overseas and I’m at the start of a 5 month long Asia trip.
I am starting to become very hungry. Is there a place in Naha where I can find cheap or free food? Are food banks open to foreigners? My hostel has a kitchen and I’m willing to eat anything
