Does any day look to packed? I know day 13 looks a bit chaotic, not sure how to rearrange it but open to suggestions.

My girlfriend is coeliac, we've scouted a few places to eat so far. Does anyone have any advice or tips for traveling as a coeliac? I heard we should take our own gluten free soy sauce.
