Japanese Major planning to move to Japan, Is visa sponsorship for data analyst or entry-level IT roles possible for a non-STEM grad?

Hi, im currently a 3rd-year japanese and literature major at a university outside of Japan i will be graduating in 2027. My ultimate goal is to move to Japan and build a career in the tech industry, but I have some concerns regarding my non-STEM background and visa sponsorship. If i get my N1 and self study coding, can i get a job realistically. Would they be willing to sponsor my visa?
