Just a little about myself first I am 27 years old and currently live in the United States. I graduated college with a bachelor’s in psychology and I have been paying for a private Japanese tutor for the last year. The tutoring hasn’t been consistent enough for me to take any of the test. As for my career path I have been in sales for the last 6 years. I don’t mind staying within the same field if I can move.
The ultimate goal is to move and live in Japan. When talking to my tutor about options to make this happen they ultimately said apply for Alt positions. I applied for the Jet program and got an interview with them and now I’m just waiting on a response. I applied to Interac as well and got the phone interview but they talked to me for 10 minutes and then I got a email saying I wasn’t selected. Ultimately I just want to get into the jet program because it would obviously let me move and I truly do enjoy teaching and coaching but I want to have more options because I know how competitive the program is.
I’m open to all feedback or recommendations and appreciate everyone’s time!
