My partner and I have had some issues that we should both work out and I wanted to look into Couple counseling. Now I found SkycounselingTokyo recommended on Reddit. While I do speak Japanese I'd prefer for my side to speak in English so I can fully express myself and for her side to speak in Japanese. Also the store does have government acknowledged therapists which also gives it a little more credibility to me and being able to go in person rather than only was also important to me. But other than that there was not a lot of information I could find.
So can anyone used them (or any other counselors) if they are reliable and professional as I also read that the whole therapy industry is quite unregulated here?
