Should I change my dentist after below experience

Hello Everyone
I am based in Kansai region.
I don't know where to start.

  1. Almost two years ago my crown had came out. Then I went to nearby highly-rated dentist (4.7 stars and 92 reviews). This clinic is modern and equipped with new devices/tools. This clinic has in total 3-4 doctors. I don't have fixed dentist who sees me every time. I have been attending there for almost 2 years. Dentist took long time to treat and put a new crown. But after a year, it came out a few days ago. I took my crown to the dentist, but a dentist (not the one who put the crown originally) couldn't put it back. I asked for explanation but he gave vague excuse. Now I have little dull pain on/around that tooth.
  2. I said I have been going to this clinic for almost 2 years. Because dentist pointed out that I had developing cavities in other tooth too. So he treated them. But from time to time I feel pain in them as well.
  3. One of my tooth became sensitive to cold and sweetness. When I asked dentist what can be done, he said the only option was removing the nerves (root canal treatment). Later, I found out root canal treatment should be the last option not the first. Anyway, root canal was done, and new crown was made. But after the crown was put I started to feel pain when I chew. So, now this tooth is being treated again for months. Dentist said the reason might be viruses. Even though he cleaned/removed the viruses, they might reappear again.

Yes, I was not sure whether to continue with this clinic long time ago. But I couldn't find a clinic with good rating nearby. (Because I am a full-time worker and don't have a car, I wanted a close by dentist.) The close-by ones had very little reviews and seemed to use old tools.
I don't know the importance of tools (especially new tools), but I thought old tools can be a sign of outdated system.

Now, I feel like I had enough of this clinic. So, I was wondering whether to give it a try to other clinics even though they have older equipment. Or should I stick to this dentist? I don't know whether I am an outlier or is it common ?
