A bit of a rant I’m sorry, but here I go. I’ve recently reentered an old workplace, but in a slightly different position. So for the most part I understand the everyday run of the mill stuff. Unfortunately there are a lot of little things that I don’t know yet. And of course these things were not included in my training and there is no official training for it. As such I often find myself being told to do something I don’t know how to do, and I will have someone, usually ten feet away yelling some shit like potato at me in an increasingly louder voice. Or just saying 縦縦縦 as fast as possible and then treating you for like a dumbass when you 立つ.Or today when I was told to grab the other Mizu Kiri and help out, I was just supposed to know that they meant the one for the floor the other group was using and not the one that was for the job I was currently doing. I also got yelled at for not cleaning up the water where I was working when I got pulled off of that. Like fuck am I the dumbass or does my whole workplace have the communication skills of an otaku?
