i have been using smbc olive, all the three, debit,credit,points mode for about 2 years now, i actively use the olive app and the vpass app smoothly, im new to credit cards, but here's what i know and have :
i have the credit limit to 10万
the flexible pay set to 1万 per month
i have never exceed any limits (i was a uni student when i applied, so i dont use that much)
PROBLEM IS : i woke up today, open my olive app and found that my credit mode is GONE, no emails, no notification, its just gone, as if im a new holder, i tried checking the vpass app but im LOGGED OUT by them and cant logged in since
i recently just moved to a new city, so i've been using my credit more than i ever used, (buying bed, shinkansen tickets and all) the last time i used it was literally 4 days ago and it was fine
and yes, i moved to start a job so my visa changed from a 留学 to engineer, but as far as i checked smbc never asked me to renew my visa and i never get the email to do so, so i believe thats not the problem
SO, im not sure, but i may have or not have exceed the limits, but i didnt expect it to be gone like this without any notifications, especially since i still have to pay the 1万 per month debts, if i do exceed it, what should i do?
i know going to their branch is the best answer but since i worked 10-6, i cant find a day to do so…
any suggestion? please? all my new apartments, bills and all is connected to this….
