Hi, I have been accepted to FrontierLab Mini as an international summer exhange student at UOsaka. Since the University dorms are full, I was asked to opt for the private MyRoom service.
I had filled the application form on their website, but it's been more than a week and no email from them. I had even mailed them for an update. I have my visa appointment this week for which I have to show confirmed accomodations. What do I do?
