Company forgot to pay my taxes. What do?

Basically, I just got paid in full.

I want to make sure I pay my taxes so I am guessing I can go to the pension office and make a payment myself but where do I go for health insurance? Are there are another tax obligations I am missing? Where do I go for those?

Edit: For the record this is something they have been deducting from my salary every month but it just seems that this month has these deductions missing.
