hagoromo tale, does anyone know about it ?

I've been making a c osplay (Tao-Fa from Hell's Paradise) and after doing my research on her outfit, I've been told she's wearing a "Hagoromo" which were worn by Tennin (?).

It very important to me to when I make a c osplay that involves traditional clothing, to attempt to make in an authentic way.

But I couldn't find anything on what Hagoromo look like, what material, what shapes, etc.

If anyone has any advice, it'd be awesome !
