New frustrations with Sony Bank

My apologies in advance for another bank account post.

It is just me, or has the Sony Bank (website) English interface become absolutely miserable to use in recent weeks? It was never good, but now it is almost unusable.

Some frustrating things I've personally observed

  • They've removed the "Customer Info" page where you could previously quickly verify account details. Now it is almost impossible to find a similar page to access this info (I still have not found it).
  • Most the links in the dropdown navigation direct you to dead space, pages that don't exist.
  • They's recently changed to AI translation, I don't personally care as long as this doesn't lead to confusion, which so far it has not.

I hate to ask this, but any other recommendations in 2026 for expat bank accounts?
Although an English UI would be preferred, I am willing to make the sacrifice to Japanese only UI if it becomes easier to navigate than the janky mess that is now Sony Bank.
