I am a 正社員, but I have been laid off from my company, will I be entitled for compensation?

I studied information science and graduated from Japanese University in 2024, after graduating and started working with a company on 15/3/2024 as a part-timer for 3 month
( working 40 hours a week )

Then I they hired me as 契約社員 on 1/6/2024 ( working 40 hours a week )

then they switched me to 正社員 on 1/6/2025 ( working 40 hours a week )

I am the only programmer in the company I have been responsible for full projects by myself ( specifically video games ) from developing to testing to publishing

in the middle of February this year the company consulted me on their next project that we will do after the current one which will finish next month.

coincidentally last week I found out that Tokyo increased the minimum wage on October 2025, and since I was getting minimum wage salary and my company did not increase my salary, that meant I have been getting below the minimum wage for the last 6 months.

3 days ago I sent a message to my boss asking for three things
A- to increase my current salary to match the minimum wage.
B- a compensation for the lost wages.
C- getting a 10% salary increase when renewing my contract next month.

her respond was that the company will check if I am entitled to any money because of the minimum wage increase, and that they will not renew my contract.

this came completely out of the blue, because we were talking about upcoming projects so I believe that my contract will be renewed, and she never mentioned not renewing my contract before. therefore I haven't been searching for jobs for the last 2 month

is her response legal ?
and can I ask for compensation for this wrongful dismissal ?

Note : ( I know that I was undervalued in this company because I was getting minimum wage, and I wasn't planning to keep working for them forever, I am working on my own project which will take at least another year to finish, but i wasnt planning to leave before that )
