Rental company keeps failing to verify my rent payment transfers

So my rental company let's us use a 3rd party bank transfer app for foreign residents to pay rent that I've been using up to 9 months now with no issue called Wise. Rent's due on the 20th each month for the following month (ie rent for April was due March 20th) and I always pay on time however the last few months they've started having issues and emailed me saying I've been late on rent which I know isn't true as the Wise app let's me know when the money has been recieved.

Last month was no issue and they eventually confirmed my payment with no late fees charged however this month they've continually sent me the same email despite me sending them reciepts and confirmation like I did last time that I paid by March 20th and they have not dropped the issue. I've already triple checked that the transfer information was correct and the same info as I've been using and that my bank was charged properly but still I'm being sent emails demanding payment. What's frustrating is I keep getting an automated/copy paste response that explains nothing further about the issue despite knowing this particular email address isn't automated as I've had help/regular responses from it before which to me feels like they're ignoring all the evidence I'm sending them.

Is this an issue I can get legal help with somewhere if they try to continue insisting that I skipped a payment should they not resolve the issue? I've got until the next payment before they start charging late fees, assigning penalties/strikes against my contract, etc and I would like to know my options if I get screwed over by them losing my payment somehow.
