Made a similar post over a year ago but was 10M to 14M back then. Decided to stay and eventually got a bump up to 12M, still full remote.
Almost double the salary this time which is making the decision hard. Aware that taxes will make it less in reality and there’s also 45 hours minashi zangyo which is new to me but still a massive increase. Commute would be slightly over an hour each way and I’m pretty fixed to my property. Huge jump in job title too which I don’t personally care much about but would probably open a lot of doors long term.
I’m very comfortable where I’m at for work and financially but still part of me thinks it would be stupid to ignore this opportunity. Looking to gather some opinions.
