Just wanted to share my experience at Ginza Medical Clinic in case it helps anyone looking for an english friendly clinic in Tokyo
I mainly went in for endocrinology (I had my adrenal function checked via blood test), but they also seem to cover a wide range of care beyond what I went for. The doctor speaks fluent English, was very understanding, and really took the time to listen to everything I had to say. The staff were also kind and attentive.
Overall I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend it, especially if you're looking for a clinic where you can communicate easily
