What platforms or places do you recommend for pet sitting/boarding?

I recently got a pet, and I don't want to put her in a pet hotel because I heard that the environment might be too stressful for her. I am looking for, ideally, a pet sitting service with sitters who are knowledgeable and affordable around Tokyo.
